this Agreement is grounds for immediate termination of this limited license. If you do not agree to these

designated as confidential, you hereby explicitly agree that: (a) your Submissions do not contain
confidential or proprietary information; (b) ‘68 Partners LLC is not under any obligation of confidentiality
relating to the Submissions, either express or implied; (c) ‘68 Partners LLC shall be entitled to use or
disclose the Submissions in any way, manner, purpose or otherwise, worldwide; (d) ‘68 Partners LLC may

at any time.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
In no event shall ‘68 Partners LLC, its suppliers or other third parties mentioned on the website be liable

website or the client portal. ‘68 Partners LLC does not warrant that access to the website will be
